Our process begins with a thorough virtual assessment of the client, designing a plan for the learning intervention, implementing the plan, and evaluating the specific objectives and outcomes. Consultation occurs based on assessment and planning as well as evaluation and follow up occurs based on the results. Clients are referred to the most appropriate healthcare professionals or clinics that meet their specific needs and goals. We provide ongoing support through follow-up appointments and help foster a positive mindset by guiding clients to replace negative thoughts with empowering beliefs about their health goals.

Fee Structure
Fee Structure Introductory 15-minute Chat: Free Initial Health Assessment(one hour):$125 plus 5% GST (Alberta) per session Health Consultation(one hour): $125 plus 5% GST( Alberta) per session Follow-up Consultation(one hour): $125 plus 5% GST (Alberta) per session Health Consultation Multiple buy/Three Sessions: $300 plus 5% GST(Alberta)

Health Education

We conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and educational presentations to help community members access health information, resources, and learning tools, both online and in person. Our sessions are culturally sensitive, respect religious values, and consider language barriers. We use simple language and tailor our approach to match participant’s health literacy levels.

We provide authentic health information and resources to our clients. We focus on the following while providing the resources-

How genuine and independent is the author? What is the goal, purpose, or mission of the resource site or providers? How accurate is the information? Does the resource state where and how the information was found? Is the reference credible? Does the information come from a reliable source, e.g., Government, academic, or healthcare organization?Is the information easy to understand?
